Medellín Pride, officially known as the Festival Antioquia Vive Diversa, is one of Colombia’s biggest LGBTQ+ celebrations. The city’s thriving LGBTQ+ community, centered around the El Poblado district, makes Medellín a standout Pride destination in South America.

Parade and Main Events
Medellin Pride Parade
The Medellín Pride Parade traditionally begins at La Alpujarra, proceeds along 70th Avenue through San Juan, passes beneath the metro station toward 50th Street, and concludes at 74th Avenue in front of the Obelisco Shopping Center. Organized by the Alianza Social LGBTI de Antioquia together with the Stonewall Corporation, the march brings thousands into the streets to celebrate pride, visibility, and equality in Antioquia’s capital.
